Class Action
The action was certified as a class proceeding by the Ontario Superior Court of Justice in January 2004.
We are pleased to report that the parties entered into an agreement to settle this class proceeding. The settlement agreement was subject to court approval. A hearing took place on September 7th, 2006 at 10:00AM in Toronto. The settlement was approved by Justice Cullity of the Ontario Superior Court in a decision dated September 14, 2006.
