Neenah Paper Retirees Class Action
This action was commenced in December 2006. The parties have entered into an agreement to settle this matter. The settlement agreement is subject to court approval. A hearing took place on February 6, 2008 in Thunder Bay before Justice Platana of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. The settlement agreement was approved by Justice Platana. Settlement funds are being mailed to class members and should be received by March 31, 2008.

If you wish to object to the settlement or to opt out of the settlement, you must advise Class Counsel. If you wish to opt out then please fill out the opt out form and return it to Class Counsel by no later than January 30, 2008.
